What will I be doing?
-
General administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying.
-
Organising events and meetings, booking venues/rooms where necessary.
-
Preparing information and documents.
-
Devising and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
-
Dealing with internet shop orders
-
Collating statistics and producing small reports.
-
Organising staff and volunteer meetings.
-
Liaising with staff and external contacts.
-
Researching and developing contact databases.
-
Acting as a first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries.
What skills do I need?

IT literate, including Microsoft Office.
-
Good written and verbal communication skills.
-
Able to prioritise and manage workloads.
-
Flexible, innovative and self-sufficient.
-
Accuracy and attention to detail.
-
Respect for the diversity of our colleagues and clients.
-
Willing to work within our values, procedures and policies.

Basic IT skills suitable for accessing our webpages, internet and emails.

Friendly, reliable, approachable and a confident team player.
How much time am I expected to give?

This role flexible but you should be available within normal office hours.

Your time commitment will be discussed and interview stage and is dependent on an agreement with your manager.
What does the training involve?

All volunteers will receive the citizenAID data protection, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion training.
