citizenAID Shortlisted for Business Continuity Awards

citizenAID is delighted to announce that is has been shortlisted for both the Initiative of the Year Award and the Most Innovative Product of the Year at the 2018 Business Continuity Awards, hosted by CIR Magazine.

Now in their 20th year, the awards aim to celebrate achievements in the business continuity, security and resilience sector.

citizenAID has been shortlisted for the two awards alongside the likes of ASOS, Marks & Spencer, Optics Tools and TravelTracker, impressing judges with its early response initiative and development of the Tourni-Key, which launched earlier this year.

Brigadier Tim Hodgetts, Co-Founder of citizenAID, said: "We are thrilled to be shortlisted not once, but twice in the Business Continuity Awards. Since citizenAID was launched last year, we have seen a huge response to our initiative and our aim is continue this hard work to ensure that the public are prepared to take action to help themselves and others in the event of a deliberate attack.”

"We feel privileged to be recognised alongside some outstanding organisations and household names and we'll be keeping our fingers crossed for the awards ceremony in a few months’ time."

Judged by independent panel, the Business Continuity Awards showcase innovative businesses and professionals within the continuity, security, resilience and risk arena. The winners will be announced at a gala dinner and presentation ceremony on Thursday 7th June at the London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square.
