citizenAID is excited to announce it will be exhibiting at the UK Security & Counter Terror Expo at Olympia, London, between 6th-7th March 2018.
The event is renowned for showcasing the capabilities, strategies and intelligence that keeps nations, infrastructure, businesses and people safe - where 10,000+ professionals will come together to take part in the exhibition and conferences, alongside the Counter Terror Awards.
citizenAID will be using the Expo to showcase its newly launched Tourni-Key - a light, rigid plastic device, which converts a strip of material into an effective tourniquet to prevent severe limb bleeding.
Key messages 'Be Prepared Not Scared' and 'YOU Can Save Lives' will also be promoted through citizenAID's popular smartphone app and pocket guide, whilst providing delegates with exclusive insight into the development of future product lines, designed to improve public resilience in the event of a deliberate attack.
Brigadier Tim Hodgetts, Co-Founder of citizenAID and Inventor of the Tourni-Key, said: "The UK Security and Counter Terror Expo is a key event on the citizenAID calendar, providing us with the opportunity to showcase our rationale behind the initiative and newly launched Tourni-Key, whilst engaging with target audiences and connecting with like-minded professionals."
citizenAID is also nominated for the 'Counter Terrorism Project Award', and with other shortlisted representatives, will attend a lunchtime ceremony on Tuesday 6th March, to celebrate the efforts of those who strive to protect the public.
The UK Security and Counter Terror Expo is part of the national UK Security Week initiative, providing the opportunity for two days of intense learning, networking and exploration of the latest technologies. It provides a full national security solutions marketplace for professionals who have the duty of protecting people, critical national infrastructure and major assets - providing the perfect setting for citizenAID to demonstrate its strengths.
